Residential Services - Child & Youth Workers
Qualifications:
-
Experience working with youths in a residential group home setting
-
Skilled in counseling, behaviour management, group facilitation, and knowledgeable regarding adolescent development and team work
- Child and Youth Worker Diploma, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Driver’s licence and abstract
-
First Aid/CPR required
-
CPIC
Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct and on-going therapeutic supervision and care to residents including:
-
Basic daily care of residents, including health care and safety
-
Behaviour management of residents through role modeling, positive reinforcement, utilizing therapeutic relationship and education

Group work and individualized plans of care
-
Work co-operatively as part of a team
